Is the delivery free?

This depends on the value of your device. If the value is less than 299 euros, 12 euros shipping costs will be charged.

What delivery methods are there?

The devices are delivered with BPOST.

So you can choose to have it delivered to:

  • Private address (yours or someone else's)
  • Office address (don't forget to mention the TAV)
  • Collection point
  • Parcel locker
  • Click & connect store

My order includes multiple devices. Are these delivered together?

No, as soon as a device is available it will be shipped. Any back orders will be delivered later.

What happens if I forget to pick up my package at the collection point?

The package remains available at the collection point for 2 weeks (14 days, not including the day on which the postman came by). If the package has not been collected after this period, the package will be returned to the sender.

The status of my order is shipped and the track & trace is delivered. I got nothing. What now?

Please report this to Devso as soon as possible so that we can open an investigation at BPOST.

We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation. In some cases, the package is found and still delivered. If the package cannot be found, Devso will order the lost device again and as soon as it is delivered to us, it will be sent again.
