You can choose who to have the repair done by. Through Devso or through another official repairer of your choice.
If via Devso You should send the device to us (TAV Devso , Dorpstraat 54, 3200 Aarschot) (recommended to do so by registered mail). The shipping costs are at the employee's expense and the return at Devso's expense.
If via official repairer of your choice: You have to report your damage via the claim form and report the associated costs (cf. damage to the car).
