DEVSO follows the manufacturers' standard warranty conditions (2 year warranty on the device and 6 months warranty on the battery if it is removable).

Which defects are covered by the warranty?

The warranty applies to all problems and defects that are not caused by the user or which the user cannot do anything about. Impact, fall and water damage are always out of warranty.

Which defects are not covered by the warranty?

As a rule, impact, fall and water damage as well as damage or problems caused intentionally are excluded from the warranty.

Can I have the device repaired if the device is out of warranty?

Yes, this is certainly possible. You can decide for yourself whether to have the device repaired via DEVSO or another repair company.

Hoe verloopt de herstelling indien ik een toestel bezit via leasing?

In geval van schade dien je onmiddellijk contact op te nemen met Ufirst voor herstelling.

You can choose who to have the repair done by. Through Devso or through another official repairer of your choice.

Indien via Devso: Je dient het toestel naar ons te verzenden (TAV Devso, Servicedesk, Koningin Astridlaan 62 te 2550 Kontich) (aangeraden om dit aangetekend te doen). De verzendkosten zijn ten kosten van de werknemer en de retour ten kosten van Devso.

Indien je een verzekering hebt afgesloten of de waarde van je toestel meer dan 300 € bedraagt:
Je dient via de claimform je schade te melden en de bijhorende kosten te rapporteren (vgl met schade aan de wagen). De verzekering keurt het schadebestek goed en de herstelling kan uitgevoerd worden. De werknemer stuurt dan de factuur naar endpoints@devso.be and the insurance company will refund within 10 working days.

Am I entitled to a replacement device during the repair of my defective device?

No, no replacement device is provided.

Why is the cutlery price so high? There are shops where they repair appliances much cheaper?

We have our devices repaired at official/approved repair points. Indeed, you can often find repair points where they can do the repairs cheaper but without retaining the warranty.

Price

The repair is cheaper elsewhere. Can I have my device repaired somewhere else?

Yes, this is allowed as long as the appliance is repaired at an authorised repair service and the defect has been reported to us.

Are there any costs associated with the repair?

Ja, dat kan indien het gaat om defecten die niet door de garantie zijn gedekt. De werknemer draagt steeds de kosten van de herstelling. Indien het een toestel betreft met verzekering voor accidentele schade, draagt de werknemer alleen de franchise.

I do not agree with the prepared specifications. What will happen to my appliance?

In this case, your device will be returned without repair and you will have to pay the specification fee.
