Repair

In case of damage, contact DEVSO immediately for repair.
You send an email to the email address endpoints@devso.be with details of the defect or fill in the this form and DEVSO starts the process. Information to be supplied:

  • Serial number
  • End-user name
  • Device Type
  • kind of damage
  • Cause of defect

You can choose who to have the repair done by. Through DEVSO or through another official repairer of your choice.

If via DEVSO: You should send the device to us (DEVSO, TAV Service Desk, Dorpstraat 54, 3200 Aarschot) (recommended to do so by registered mail). The shipping costs are at the expense of the employee and the return at the expense of DEVSO.

We have our devices repaired at official/approved repair points. Indeed, you can often find repair points where they can do the repairs cheaper but without retaining the warranty.

Yes, this is allowed as long as the appliance is repaired at an authorised repair service and the defect has been reported to us.
