Ordering a device is done via your employer's IKP tool. This will link you to our ordering portal.

The actual delivery of the device depends on the supplier's usual delivery time. No guarantees can be given in this respect. We always try to maintain delivery as quickly as possible. After approval of your employer, we will send you a confirmation with the probable delivery date. Should this not be met despite our efforts, you will be informed. 

The price listed on the portal is the selling price of the device + leasing cost + insurance cost.

Currently, it is not (yet) visible through the portal. We are working to have it visible as soon as possible. Currently, it will be confirmed via a confirmation e-mail you will receive from us. 

By default, our devices are all available in AZERTY, QWERTY and some also QWERTZU. 

For each brand, a different code is usually given in the part number. 

APPLE:

• AZERTY keyboard: article number always ends in xxxxxFN/A
• (Dutch) QWERTY keyboard: article number always ends in xxxxxN/A

HP:

• AZERTY keyboard: article number always ends in #UUG
• QWERTY keyboard: article number often ends in #ABH

Lenovo:

• AZERTY keyboard: article number always ends in xxxxxMB
• QWERTY keyboard: article number always ends in xxxxxMH
