Smartphones and tablets will be made available to the employee for a term of 24 months from the day after dispatch.
Laptops and desktops will be made available to the employee for a term of 36 months from the day after shipment.

• In case of damage, contact Devso immediately for repair. The employee will bear the cost of the repair. If it is a device with insurance for accidental damage, the employee only bears the deductible if applicable.
• Personally responsible for fines, violations using the device.

Violation of the terms of use in this article will be considered a personal fault and can lead to the full liability of the employee concerned.

Damages resulting from the breach of these terms of use and more generally from lack of care or negligence shall also be borne by the employee.

The leasing period starts the first day of the new month following the shipment of the device. From then on, the SG&A will also be charged.

The right of use of the digital device may not be prematurely terminated or interrupted except at the end of your employment contract. Please also refer to the internal company policy for this arrangement.

In case of early termination of the contract, the user must purchase the digital device used by him at the residual value applicable at that time.
